The following items are included in your adventure motorcycle tour package. Again, this is a provisional list, and by no means 100% definitive. If there are any questions, please contact us here Please understand that any omissions are purely accidental and will be updated as they are brought to our attention.
- Transfers from the Friendship Bridge or the International Airport.
- Hotel and lodging costs for the duration of your motorcycle adventure tour.
- All meals, 3 a day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pretty straightforward. Any snacks and associated costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Water – your camelback will runneth over…All water is included and plenty will be provided. We do not want anyone to suffer dehydration at any cost.
- Any entrance fees etc for any attraction or park, as specified in the final tour arrangements.
- All petrol for the dates of the tour.
- Motorcycle rental for the duration of the tour.
- English-speaking Laotian guide to assist in translation as well as explanation of pertinent sites and attractions.
- Farang (western) Tour Leader to assist in day to day touring as well as route direction and planning.
- 4X4 support vehicle to carry your gear, spare parts, and spare motorbike in case of catastrophic failure. This means that should your bike die, your trip won’t. We 100% guarantee replacement motorcycle within a maximum of 24 hours, usually much much less. Tarmac tours, within a few hours, off road extreme tours will be 24 hours maximum due to difficult rendezvous points. If we fail to meet this commitment, we will provide a refund of US$150 per day that you are without a functioning motorcycle. Does anyone else offer this kind of guarantee?
- All permits, taxes, fees, etc associated with the tourism authority of Laos.
- Commemorative Tee-shirt or MX style jersey that you will be proud to have earned. Be the envy of all your riding mates……
- Stickers should you so desire to sticker your home town with our information.
- Massage services when available will be included. This will be relative to group size and overnight destination, but we will offer free 30 minute massage each night to smooth out sore muscles. Bear in mind, if you are on a tarmac tour, there will be no issues. But should we be sleeping in the jungles, I don’t think your Lao guide nor Trip Leader will step up to the plate.
- Mechanic ( in most cases, Tour Leader will be qualified) will full spares. As well, cost of repair due to mechanical issues, will not be the responsibility of the client. Damage due to accidents are the clients responsibility.
- First aid trained and equipped staff. Staff will also be equipped with SATELLITE PHONE for emergency medical evacuation.
